This sign is on the corner of Mazant and Marais streets in Bywater. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood one block off of the busier St. Claude Ave. It's a small wharehouse building that was an ice-making factory in the 1950's, a paper-making business in the '60's, and from the '70's to the late '90's, it was a refrigeration school. There were plans to turn it into a gym for kids in the neighborhood, but for now, it's empty.
